Technical inspections

The aim of a Jansen Venneboer technical inspection is to obtain a full and clear picture of the technical state of repair of a civil engineering structure. If we need to take measurements of concrete, steel or installations, we will do this beforehand. The inspection itself will take place on the basis of inspection drawings. Our inspectors do not take any risks; they use equipment such as scaffolds, aerial platforms, hanging scaffolding or even boats if the environmental conditions make this necessary.

Enforcing traffic control measures in consultation with the highway authorities is sometimes part of this process. The technical inspection also covers damage that must be repaired within five years and which requires advice on maintenance. Any damage identified can be subjected to further examination.
