We exhibits our VEVA 3, a movable crash barrier fitted with a buffer element that leads drivers to another part of the road, road lane or road tunnel even more safely. With elements of a maximum of 6 metres, the total length of the system can vary to a maximum of 120 metres per passage. When closed, the VEVA 3 creates a continuous fixed central crash barrier. The system is also available in the lighter variant, VEVA 2.
Furthermore there is the CADO, a calamity passage. Maintenance and calamities. As a road maintenance authority you can't avoid them. In the event of blocked road sections or tunnels on motorways, safety, traffic control and the speedy access of emergency services demand your full attention. You can't afford to waste even a minute. With CADO, a calamity passage in a guide-rail can be set up to provide rapid access to emergency services such as the police, fire department and ambulances. The CADO barrier has the construction and appearance of a normal guide-rail. When closed, the guide-rail is continuous and is as crash-resistant as a fixed guide-rail. When open, it creates a passage of a maximum of 9 metres, which is more than large enough to give emergency services easy access.
Jansen Venneboer develops innovative solutions for traffic control that fully meet today's needs for safety and the speedy access for emergency services during calamities and maintenance work.
